The Christmas Event: Charlie gets a new Coat!

Let's talk about the Christmas Event.  It is a 1920-30s New York Themed Christmas shopping event brought to you by the Grove Country Club Estates and Kaerri. The event runs between November 20th until December 15th, with over 120 designers participating! There are tons of great Christmas designs to browse. All designers donated one item to be sold as a donation item to benefit The American Cancer Society and Relay For Life.  You can see these items at the online sales gallery. Many designers are participating in a special L$10 Hunt. Check them out on the website. All proceeds from the hunt go to the American Cancer Society. Designers have generously provided gifts under the giant Christmas tree (L$0-1) for event participants.

:: Snow Pine ::

The one thing I love about Home and Garden events is finding special deals on items you don't usually run across. In this case, it is new skin appliers for my Teegle horse! I can not explain the hours I spend staring at my horse. I love this horse. So you can imagine how excited I was to find Charlie some new "outfits" for the holidays created by Run for the Roses at The Christmas Event

:: Wintergreen ::

I particularly love the Snow Pine and Wintergreen appliers. As you probably can guess, my favorite color combination is green and black. These are lovely skins. The Snow Pine applier is Run for the Roses' L$10 hunt gift, and the Wintergreen applier costs L$250. You also get a lovely Green Eye applier with the hunt gift - Score for Charlie!

:: Winterberry ::

The Winterberry applier is another excellent look in pink. All the appliers mentioned in this post only change the skin, not the mane, tail, or feathers.  The Winterberry coat is also L$250.

:: Frostbite ::

The Frostbite applier is the unique coat for the event. It is L$350. As well as new coat appliers, Run for the Roses also has wagons for L$399 that you can use with your horses. Make sure you pay attention to the vendor when buying a wagon. There are different sizes depending on the horse you own.

Seriously, if you have a horse what are you waiting for? Go get them a present for Christmas!

Charlie is a Teegle "Barley" The Belgian, NC L$1,500

Disclosure of Material Connections: I may have received one or more products mentioned as a review copy. Regardless, I only recommend products I would use personally and believe will be beneficial for my readers.
