Virtual Living Feature: RVi Design

One of the great things about the Home and Garden Expo is to discover unique builders you never knew existed before. That is probably one of my favorite things I look forward to each year. The Home and Garden Expo is the largest and longest-running event of its kind in Second Life. Its main goal is supporting Relay For Life through its fundraising efforts. The event runs until March 20th. There are 9 sims of unique Home and Garden Designs to explore, a 10L hunt, special events, and an auction!! See all the details on their website.

Today's feature designer is RVi DesignH&G SLURL |  Main Store | Marketplace

RVi Design by Roshy Aura offers you a variety of indoor and outdoor accessories, builds, and landscape designs for your Second Life! Find more great styles from the glamor contemporary look to the rustic feel of the ancient fiction world where Elves and Faeries come from!

I absolutely fell in love at first sight with RVi's Casa Soleada at the Home and Garden Expo. It was all so eye-catching, warm, cozy, and it screamed, "You are home!". I loved the use of colors everywhere. It felt so rich and inviting. I had to take pictures and share them with you all.

The house is set in a rez system and requires a build area of 27x22 meters flat parcel. No thermoforming is needed. It is recommended to be rezzed on a 4,096 sq.m. (1/16 Region) parcel to allow plenty of land impact for furnishing and landscaping. It is 675li in total.

The textures are amazing, high quality and very detailed. All the wooden doors and windows swing smoothly and have metal hardware. They come linked to the build, so no doors hanging around if you remove the build. There is a one-car garage and an amazing court yard!

On the main floor, you will find the kitchen, dining room, and high ceiling living room with a cobblestone fireplace all conveniently located on the first floor.

The stairs all feature colorful tiles textured in vibrant colors, and the interior archways are adorned with flowing curtains. The wood floors are rich rustic wood.

The courtyard is large and lined with stone. It is large enough for an outdoor sitting area and tables for entertaining. Vines climb the walls around the building, and the Clematis flower vines come with a texture-changing menu.

The Master bedroom is upstairs and has a veranda overlooking the courtyard.

The private master bathroom has an in-floor tub/Jacuzzi space.

There is also an extra room upstairs that can be used as an extension to the master bedroom or entirely separately, as it has its own entrance. There are nooks and crannies everywhere, so you can display your nicknacks all around your home.

There is also a guest room with its own bathroom and entrance from the courtyard.

Now you may wonder if this place will cost you an arm and a leg and maybe your firstborn child, but never fear, I only bring you the best deals available while shopping. This fantastic home is only 2500L at The Home and Garden Expo. Shocking price, right? I had figured it would be 3x more!

RVi Design has also created the Campanario Casita (Bell Tower House) in the same architectural style as the Casa Soleada, which would look great alongside it on your property. All the wooden doors and windows swing smoothly and have metal hardware. They come linked to the build, so no doors hanging around if you remove the build.

The Campanario Casita is a small two-room house. It could be used as a guest house, mother-in-law suite, or a small chapel. The bell sounds upon touch, and the vine trees climb the walls on both sides of the building. The flower vine near the entrance is with a texture-changing menu.

This tiny house is simply adorable and priced amazingly low for a build of this quality,  only 750L!

Still not convinced you need these? Well, go check them out in person; trust me, you will want this.
